If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

I've always wanted to ask this because I believe breastfeeding is so beneficial. The baby gains the immunity of the mother and when they are newborn they can see best what is about 12-18 inches away which is the mother's face & the light in the mother's eyes. My mother was 16 when she had me, she kept her pregnancy a secret until the 6th month, her parents wanted to abort me but she was so far along they decided on adoption, so I was unfortunately not breastfed. I met her when I was 20 and her son which she did breastfeed and he has ulcerative colitis, so that blew my theory on autoimmune diseases an d breastfeeding.I'm sure we that were not breastfed have a higher probabilty of getting autoimmuine diseases. I have RA, but lately I think I have AS due to all the lower back pain and I get releif with the NSD.

Diet change has improved my RA. I feel best eating raw veggies and some fruits and avoiding grains, sugars, nightshades, beans and dairy. Sed rate dropped from 65 to 19, but it took over a year. www.fatsickandnearlydead.com excess fat/oils = pain for me recipes for raw food on Youtube "raw food romance" and "healing josephine" Josephine is in remission from RA after two years by change diet/exercise
