I've always wanted to ask this because I believe breastfeeding is so beneficial. The baby gains the immunity of the mother and when they are newborn they can see best what is about 12-18 inches away which is the mother's face & the light in the mother's eyes.
My mother was 16 when she had me, she kept her pregnancy a secret until the 6th month, her parents wanted to abort me but she was so far along they decided on adoption, so I was unfortunately not breastfed.
I met her when I was 20 and her son which she did breastfeed and he has ulcerative colitis, so that blew my theory on autoimmune diseases an d breastfeeding.I'm sure we that were not breastfed have a higher probabilty of getting autoimmuine diseases.
I have RA, but lately I think I have AS due to all the lower back pain and I get releif with the NSD.

Diet change has improved my RA. I feel best eating raw veggies and some fruits and avoiding grains, sugars, nightshades, beans and dairy. Sed rate dropped from 65 to 19, but it took over a year.
