i do find too much heat to be a bad thing. and if something is really inflamed, heat may make it worse for me.

but heat is so good for muscle spasms that a little heat, especially on tissue not too inflamed......good combo then.

my not being able to do sauna or steam bath has more to do with something else....like i can't quite breath right and my body wants to get a headache and kinda faint or something.
