If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Hi Everybody, I was diagnosed with AS 4 years ago and have been on humira ever since and it works very well for me. So I want to have a baby but my rhuemy says I have to be off humira for five months before I can get pregnant...I took my last shot about 4 weeks ago and my spine is aching to the point of sheer nausea and I am so exhausted I can hardly move and I just feel so emotional all the time. How can I possibly get pregnant if this is the way I am going to feel? Has anybody managed to get pregnant and go full term while in pain and experiencing serious fatigue? Did anybody continue to take biologics while pregnant and last question...do many people with AS manage to have a natural birth or is c-section the only option? I have alot of mobility in my back and can move very freely...my pain is never on movement, always when I am sitting down. So frustrating. I am sorry for so many questions but your advice would be great. Thanks, Shona
