Nonpitting edema gave me pain there, but mainly after not moving around for awhile, when I'd first start to take a few steps. After getting moving, it subsided somewhat.
This was when I first learned what non pitting edema was and that the vioxx was causing it. Stopped the vioxx and the groin pain along with the foot pain disappeared.
