Yeahhhhhh Cheryl! June 20th is so close!
We bought an existing house after looking in all the new neighborhoods and ruling out that we couldn't afford or have the patience to wait for what we wanted new. I think it would be nice to build a new one...especially down here where it seems so much easier... just go select your model house, lot, and what upgrades you want. Did you decide what area you want to be in?
