OF COURSE!!!
I had AS while pregnant altough I had not been diagnosed yet. I remained medication free as I felt it was best for the babies (seperate pregnancies, not twins ). One time I was on anti-biotics, but that is it.
Honestly I was more comfortable while I was pregnant than not. As my hips widened with the pregnancy it took some of the pressure off of them. This is what happened to me, probably doesn't relieve pain for all. Luckily I did not have back labor with any of mine so I didn't have to go through that.
You will make it through and be so happy to see that bundle of joy in the end!
