A few people have recently been kind enough to enquire after me (since I hadn't been posting much) and my boys (just in general).

So, I'm OK thanks but rather sore again recently - it's passing though. Anyway my apparent absence was because I was away on holiday in Mallorca, a Spanish island in the Meditterranean (believe it or not I still checked in here daily!)
