I have not had one of these shots but have been having facet joint problems for about 1 1/2 months now. It is a hard thing to settle down. It is much better than it was at the start but it doesn't take much to get it going. I think it is all better and I do something like change the sheets on my bed and I am back to square one. I hope whatever you decide that it gives you some much needed relief. If you come up with something that helps let me know. Good luck to you!

Hi,
I think the main thing for me is (besides the money) that she will be going thorugh 5 disks that are fusing, to avoid one disk tha shows fusing???

If I really stretch myself on the floor or in a chair, I can change the pain levels for a bit. But nothing has helped for a few months now.
