hi mai, thanks for that. i currently take omega 3, msm and glucosamine sulphate, and do notice a slight improvement when taking them. i will look into the formula 303; any thing natural is worth a try emma.

try valerian ( smells abit ) , it was used to treat shell shock in ww1 and is/was used as an anti-depressant. it works like baclofen ( a common anti spasmotic ) on the same nerve/brain axis. It helped me alot esp with spasms propably better than many of the presciption drugs.
Bad news it quickly losses it's effectiveness after 2 weeks, but every now and again it's worth a shot.
I would n't mix with an anti depressant,
I do not think it is addictive etc......
will make you sleepy so driving etc be careful...
