If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

The report on the matress pad is.... 100% wonderful!! Getting into bed was so nice and comfy. No shock of cold sheets. I had to turn it down at one point in the night as it got really hot. The best part was in the morning my mobility did improve a lot.. Hardly a shuffel. By the time I got to work I barley has a limp!! Helped a ton with the "morning stiffenss and pain.. One draw back.. I did not want to get out of bed!! And my shower was not as enjoyable. Mostly because I was already warm and feeling good so that used to be my favorite part of the morning..LOL. I have used heating pads, throws, blankets, my hubby, my dogs ect.. But I feel the mattress pad out performs all for total body comfort and obtaining the results I was looking for. Morning mobility for pain and saftey. GO INVEST IN ONE!!
Peace, Tamara

Wow. That sounds so heavenly Tamara. I don't know if hubby would let me get one because he's one of those that have to have cold sheets when he crawls into bed. He can't stand flannel sheets says their too warm. But I may have to try to convince him on this because it sounds like it would help.
I also have to confess I'm an ice sleeper on my ankles about 3-4 nites a week.

Oh that is not a problem.. We have one with dual controls and they work. We tested it We put my side on high and did not turn his on at all.. My side was cozy warm like sunshine and his was cold chilly like my dogs nose.. I have to admit I do enjoy cool sheets sometimes I know what he is talking about.. But this really rocks!! My limp did not even come back until 1030ish.. Yeah I gt up at 5 am or earlier.. but usually it is ealier because I am so stiff and sore.. Last night I slept through the night!!
Peace, Tamara

oh, i hope you don't have that, i don't think i ever had, as when people describe it, it sounds very very painful. if you think you have it, you should waste no time in going to an opthomalogist, from what i've read here. i'm pretty sure all of my eye pains are allergies, as they are a bit sore, but not too terrible.

What does uvitis feel like? Sue I just brought my sister Susan to the eye dr. She had uvitis. It was so funny see someone who understood HLA-B27.. He laughted at us because i already said that she had this and what meds she needed and he said wow you did your homework. I wish my family dr was so good. She had red eyes and pain for about a month. Then one night she woke up with tunnel vision. I said you have to go. Made the app. I was right! Go now to the dr. It can lead to lots of eye problems you dont want and the treatment is just a few drops of steriods a day. No prob! Quote:

Just had a brainstorm!
My heated blanket has two sides - each side has individual temp control. Well... I turned the blanket 90 degrees so I can heat the top side for my body, and keep the bottom section turned off and cool for my feet, who still like to be wrapped up in ice packs and kept cold.
Obvious stuff. But maybe it'll help someone else.

I most definitely need one of these now. I've always avoided electric blankets because I find them to be too heavy and I get too warm, too fast, but a heated mattress pad sounds like just the ticket. I've noticed in recent years that the circulation in my feet is getting worse and worse, and this year, things have taken a dramatic turn to the cold side of things. It used to be that if I didn't have to go outside on a winter say, I would just bum around in my slippers and wouldn't have to go through the pain in the rear involved with putting socks on. Well, early on this winter, I had a couple episodes where I didn't notice right away how cold my feet were getting while working at my computer; by the time it registered just how cold they were, I was chilled to the bone and took forever to get warm after moving to my recliner and covering up with my favorite blanket. And, even when I would finally warm up for the most part, it took FOREVER for my feet to really feel normal and toasty warm again.
From noticing that I've since moved on to the point where I have to wear socks almost every day now, even if I'm not going out--if I put on socks and wear my heavy slippers, my feet pretty much stay totally warm all day. If I'm at the computer, though, as I am now, even that isn't always enough--right now, I'm feeling pretty darn cold. All this chilliness led me to do something I had never, ever done before--about three weeks ago, I wore my socks to bed for the first time! I always refused to do this because a) I never needed it; and b) I hated the feeling of having socks on in bed. Not sure why, but I did. Now, however, it has become necessary almost every night to leave them on for at least a little while after going to bed. Sometimes, I even have to take the drastic step of even wrapping a light blanket around them to really warm them up. I have a feeling a heated mattress pad would solve all of my chilly problems, feet and all! Thanks for posting about this!

hi brad, your comments made me think of two products. one i've just bought, the other i've thought about buying. the first is "world's softest socks" http://www.worldssoftest.com/home.phpdo not ask me how they work, they look like regular socks, the material is soft, but no softer than a lot of socks i've bought, but when i put them on, they are almost magical......it's like i'm wearing socks (warmth) but not wearing socks at the same time (i barely feel like i'm wearing socks)....they have no seams that i can feel (but i have other socks like that).....its like they're proportioned just right or something, they are so comfortable....they are now my "wear to bed" socks, as like you, i need my feet to be warm, but i don't like them to feel confined. the other product is: an electric foot heater for under the desk: http://www.amazon.com/Indus-Tool-Cozy-Electric-Foot-Warming/dp/B000079896i have a small electric heater for under my desk at work, but it makes me too hot over all, but just a hot pad to put my feet on, that might do the trick. sue
