If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Hi Kevin, That happens with me too. The best way for me to carry something is over my back (like my jacket slung over my back, or put things in a backpack.) I agree with the center of gravity part too. This is why I am glad I have big feet, so I don't fall forward. Take care, James

Oh Definitely! Actually, the thought of back spasms and pregnancy didn't even occur to me when I started this post. I don't know how women are able to go though all that. Take care, James

Hi Trudi, Yes, it seems to be like that. They also get worked up if I try to sneeze or cough. I think I will try sleeping in the recliner tonight, so that I am propped up a little. Take care, James

Hi Sue, Thanks for the advice. I'll see what cold does for the spasms tonight. I tried a heating pad yesterday and it only helped a little. Since I posted, I got six hours of sleep with the flexeril inside me. It was broken sleep, but it was much better than the past few days.
Take care, James

hi james,
glad you got a little more sleep, know what you mean, this past fall there were days where i got maybe 3 hours of sleep total, an hour at a time, then awake for an hour plus in between, the days i could get 4 at a stretch or 5-6 total were "good days" in comparison, was lucky that only went on for a few months; i know others where that's pretty typical for them. yeh, see if the ice helps, it works great for me, but not everyone responds favorably. when my spasms are mild, heat works fine, while i'm on it, but my muscles have a longer "memory" for the ice. and when the spasms are bad, and i think things are inflamed, heat can actually make me worse. but whatever works, i find experimenting a little is the best way to figure it out.

Hi Phill... "Ten pounds does not seem that significant" I'm guilty of thinking that. I think what got me wondering about this was because I weighed as much as I do now a few months ago, but I didn't get these spasms then. On the other hand, I know that a lot can change if given enough time. I also think the spasms would have happened anyways too, sooner or later. I increased my amount of stretching I do so hopefully that extra exercise will help. Take care, James.

My dear, you are experiencing a phenomenon that way more men than women experience. It's called: I could eat anything I wanted my whole life and never gain weight, and then I turned 40! My other name for it is: Justice for all those women who watched you eating anything you wanted for 25 years and not gaining weight, while they gained weight just for looking at a picture of a cake! The other name for it: Aging, my dear. I think I shall now run from the room to avoid objects hurtling in my general direction. Hi Kat, This could be... this could be... Speaking of cake...
