Yes I think you're right, Sue. Regular tylenol does nothing for me so if this is just a time released version, I can't see what it will do. I'm already trying to limit my tylenol to try to protect my liver which gets a pounding from all the other drugs including the methotrexate.

Tylenol has never done a thing for me either, so wrapping it in starch to release it more gradually doesn't sound too useful! I concur with Jake about Aleve having much more effect.

yes, i too have found aleve to alleviate my inflammation, unfortunately with it being a NSAID, edema and gastritis/ulcers ensue, at least for some of us.
