Humira (still methylprednisone for flares, just not as often. Aleve if needed, rarely.)

Yesterday was fantastic Sue, however, today's humidity is 89% and it is killing my muscles, joints and lungs.... Do you need those parts of your body anyway? LOL.

yesterday was fairly humid here, but then the sun went in and the rains held off so i could weed my herb garden, finally. and later at night the rains came, got rid of the ole' humidity. i grew up in southern NJ, spent about 10 years in MD and VA combined, you'd think i'd have gotten used to the humidity, but nope, i really wilt in the stuff, unless i can sit in a shaded spot under a tree and sip lemonade
