I really hate it when a business has the scratchy TP. It makes me think that they don't really care about their customers. I usually won't return when they do that. I would never expect a guest to use the scratchy stuff when I am using the soft stuff.

while we're on the subject, sure a lot here have the same kind of issues we do in our household, charmin plus lotion makes a huge difference.
