Yes, sugars and IBS/IBD & GERD are not good bedfellows... A right bad one for me is oats, even oaten breads...quick, run...<LOL> Same happens with the husband of a chum of mine, he can't touch oats in any shape or form. The gut is such an amazing part of us - and far too delicate to my mind!

Molly - lmao here - I so appreaciate all the info - now I will need weeks to read it all. I think if I can I going to print it all off. It all looks very interesting.
You have to take care of your eyes. My cousin just loss her license because her diabetis has caused blindness, she is 13 years younger than me. She is type 1 diabetic.
