No Sue, 'suggested' that 'mebbe' keep S.C. on its own, may not even be necessary. Only a sort of caution as so many of these drugs seem to interact with each other, knock each other off balance? You can S.C. in the middle of the day, afternoon, any time, it does not matter, except not with calcium (wonder if that would also mean not to eat cheese, drink milk or other calcium containing foods? HHHmmmm. Thought.)

Re: Vitamins etc.

I have had Thorpe and Metegenics (brands) recommended to me by a naturopath:

Thorpe:

Metagenics:
http://www.metagenics.com/products/product-categories

I'm currently looking at potentially ordering from iHerb.com (US based. I'm in Canada, so will see how that goes, custom charges etc.) Anyone order anything from "iHerb.com"?

By who? Your sister? Ha ha! I love it if true.

I've never ordered from iHerb. I have used Thorne products as some of them are suggested by my doctor (integrative MD). He also recommends some Metagenics items although I've never used any of their products. Another doctor I'm familiar with also thinks highly of the Metagenics stuff. I think your "naturopath" made some good recommendations.

Kind Regards,
Jay

Heigh Jay - i-Herb is very good indeed. Have used em for several years now. Products are 'clean'.

Though will look out the sites that Kristine posted - look interesting.
