If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Hi All,
Thanks for all the replies, I am really finding it very difficult to eat anything without rice, chapatis or breads. I have not tried the same in my entire life.

Hi, Naushad: It is difficult, and fasting is also difficult, but You must do so much more--in fact get and keep Your tract healed, then perhaps You could tolerate a little rice on occasion. HEALTH, John

Hi,
I am from India, and generally we eat anything with rice, chappatis or bread.
When I stayed with a family for 2 weeks during a course, I told them I was starch free, they made many indian and curry dishes, and just added extra vegetables. Was amazing. I do the same with Pasta sauce, I make my own and then just add tons of vegetables (green beans and carrots usually)
