Hi All,

Thanks for all the replies, I am really finding it very difficult to eat anything without rice, chapatis or breads. I have not tried the same in my entire life.

Hi, Naushad:

It is difficult, and fasting is also difficult, but You must do so much more--in fact get and keep Your tract healed, then perhaps You could tolerate a little rice on occasion.

HEALTH,
John

When I stayed with a family for 2 weeks during a course, I told them I was starch free, they made many indian and curry dishes, and just added extra vegetables. Was amazing.
I do the same with Pasta sauce, I make my own and then just add tons of vegetables (green beans and carrots usually)
