Two more things to report here:

Polygodial also works. I've used it in the last 4 days (stopped Lufenuron temporarily). It works in about 30 mins - I take about a third of a teaspoon. With a glass of water. Gives me a mild headache if I have too much though :-/
It is found in a couple of spices, I'm currently using Australian Mountain Pepper (I can buy it in Oxfam shops here). New Zealanders can find it in Horopito. There are some other spices listed here:

Lufenuron is more effective for the first 5-7 days and then the body adapts. Maybe the liver gets better at clearing it? Anyway, I've gone on and off this twice and each time get a pretty good Herx reaction when I start. So then, currently I'm looking at pulsed doses and rotating with Polygodial.
