Another anti-inflammatory cook book. I imagine it could have recipes that AS people can use. It mentions beans, peas and other food ingredients that AS people will find difficulty with, but it has a lot of dairy free and perhaps grain free recipes since its goal is anti-inflammatory. Check out its table of contents on Amazon.

Recipes for Repair: The Expanded and Updated Second Edition: A 10-Week Program to Combat Chronic Inflammation and Identify Food Sensitivities

https://www.amazon.com/Recipes-Repair-Expanded-Inflammation-Sensitivities/dp/0983097747/

On a related note, I received Carol Sinclair's book "The IBS Low Starch Diet." Many recipes used ingredients that would be difficult for someone with candida. Also, cheese, sour creme and sweet apples were common ingredients. I choose to just exclude the ingredient or substitute.

I hope this helps
Robin

If they write enough books about this even I may have to take notice. Mind you they will have to write a lot of books
