Yeahhhhhh Cheryl! June 20th is so close! We bought an existing house after looking in all the new neighborhoods and ruling out that we couldn't afford or have the patience to wait for what we wanted new. I think it would be nice to build a new one...especially down here where it seems so much easier... just go select your model house, lot, and what upgrades you want. Rick, Thanks for the welcome back! I live in West Palm Beach...not too far south of your daughter's family. It has been a relief on my AS living here, because we don't get all those fronts that would come through Louisiana and seem to come across Florida just north of Lake Okeechobee and miss us down here. Amy, don't tell her that. She'll have everything packed before I get home from work. West Palm Beach is really close to where my office is in Florida (Pompano Beach). Just the Port St. Lucie area, near where my folks and my sister and her family live. I'll either buy an existing house if I find one that's the right price and has what I want in it or build one, doesn't take too long in Florida. With two big hounds renting is NOT an option Be nice if I sold this one first but I'm leaving anyway. Cheryl  Dogs believe in long term relationships
