Hi Panama This is not unheard of, so you are not alone. I believe there are a few people here with Seronegative SpA's.
Seronegative means that the blood is found to be normal and nothing indicates arthritis particularly in the ANA and RF tests, whether or not the HLA-B27 gene is present. (if i'm doing my research right).
So search this forum for Seronegative and I think you will see other people with similar questions. You are not alone on this one.

HLA-B27+, JRA diagnosis in 1981, re-diagnosed as AS in 1988. Also iritis, colitis, and psoriasis. NSD + low carb helps me. My health makes it hard for me to post in a timely way.
