It's totally different... This is the
stuff I get, which I can find in one of the 'Bio' (organic) chain stores. I also get this brand coconut oil... woah, just checked and their price for the 1600ml jar is 10 euros cheaper than what I last picked it up! The flour looks about the same price as the shop here though. Might look into using these guys. If you can't find it locally they're probably a good option. Ohh... the coconut blossom sugar sounds really nice too!
Anyway, coconut flour has a delicious toasted smell, a light yellow colour and is really dry and fine like corn flour. I had wondered if you'd managed to track any down. It was relatively new in the store here when we arrived a year ago.
You should look for Inkey's macaroon recipe, with orange and cranberry, and give that a go... totally delish. When I made them a second time I added a couple of spoons of coconut flour so the sugar would caramelise less on the bottom.
