Hi,
I just have to ask, does anybody here feel cold all the time as a result of AS. I am cold all the time no matter what the weather. It is embarrassing to be wrapped up when everybody else is warm. The only time I feel warm is when I am in a tropical climate at over 30 degrees celsius but given the fact that I live in Ireland, I am always cold. i have said this to my rheumy but he says its nothing to do with AS and passes it off as no big deal.
i know its AS related as when I get a flare, it gets much worse. When I meet people they always comment on shaking my hand, that my hands are frozen but the thing that baffles me the most, is that while I am cold, I sweat non stop...does anybody else have this symptom and feel it is AS related and is there anything that can be done??
