No diagnosis, but yes, always cold, and then cold sweats on top of it.
And yes, Ark, I get a buzzy numb upper arm too - I have decided that it is definitely coming from my neck - when I sleep on my side it is very easy for my neck to get slightly out of alignment (if pillow isn't quite high enough) to kink my neck enough to pinch off one or more of the arm nerves (C6-C8). I can tell which vertebrae it is from whether its my middle fingers, or little, or thumb side. Google a dermatome map to see roughly which nerves feed which surface areas of your body.
