If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

I just wanted to pass on an MS diet that had very good results in France. The French doctor's name is Dr. Jean Seignalet. I don't have a link but you can find different things about his diet and patient success by googling. Some cases are a 100%. His diet is as follows: 1. Exclude animal milks 2. Exclude modern grains, he said a few are acceptable such as rice & quinoa 3. Avoid products cooked over 110 C and processed foods 4. Use virgin oil 5. Consume organic produce
I know it sounds extreme, but I couldn't help give you the info, do with it what you will. Hope this all goes away for you soon, take care.
Diet change has improved my RA. I feel best eating raw veggies and some fruits and avoiding grains, sugars, nightshades, beans and dairy. Sed rate dropped from 65 to 19, but it took over a year. www.fatsickandnearlydead.com excess fat/oils = pain for me recipes for raw food on Youtube "raw food romance" and "healing josephine" Josephine is in remission from RA after two years by change diet/exercise
