It sounds like enthesitis flaring up. Coping...that's a hard one...relaxation meditation cd.s, E.M.D.R. therapy, tapping therapy, deep breathing and if all else fail's, a predinisone taper. Hating it for you. Yes, it hurts to no end. When you are in a flare, your world just stops. Please let us know how you are and vent away.
