If you don't have time to make your own almond milk, the Organic 365 almond milk at Whole Foods (if you have one near you) has never made me flare up. If you can't find that, then look for organic almond milk with only a few added ingredients. I would suggest not using agave as it has a high glycemic level (similar to fructose).
