I just can't believe she is really gone.
That was so fast. I don't think I can ever forget her, as Kickas will always remind me of her because she was here when I first found the forum. I will miss her picture holding the kitten and her kind words to everyone. She was a wonderful person and I'm sure there is a great loss within her family.

Here I sit, holding letters and cards she has sent me, just looking at her handwriting and touching the words as if it would somehow magically bring her back.

My tears are flowing like a stream...I was so shocked to read this post. But like so many have said, now there is no more pain for her. I can't imagine the pain her family must be going through from losing her so early in life.

My deepest sympathy goes out to her family. I hope they are able to see all these posts and see how many lives Linda touched not only in the "real world" but in the "cyber world" too. As a matter of fact, so many of the ASKickers became part of her real world. She was just that way, to embrace you off the computer and into her real world.

She was the true meaning of an "ASKicker" and I will never forget how she helped me during the darkest time in my life. May she be kicking back on a cloud with a happy heart surrounded with the warmth and love from above. I know she is......

Oh, I do hope so, Cristina. You and Susie have said it all. Linda was the nicest, sweetest, kindest, warmest person you could ever be lucky enough to call a friend, whether you'd met her - which I'm very sad to say I never did:( - or whether it was from her caring posts here at KA. I shall miss her more than words can say. The only good thing is that she's no longer in pain, but her family must be grieving unbearably. My heart and prayers go out to them all.

Thank you, Cheryl, for letting us know. This must have been so hard for you, but I know Linda would have appreciated it, as we all do.

Linda, we shall never forget you. You will live in our hearts forever, and will always hold a very special place here at KA. Thank you for everything you did.

While I did not know Linda, it seems that she meant a great deal to so many of you. I'd like to express my sympathy to Linda's family and to all of you that are saddened by her passing.

I am so sorry to read this news. I have been away for ages and I am so so sad. Linda was always there in such a sweet and gentle way. I found her to be a true inspiration and always read her posts. Her posts always made me smile. I send all my heart felt condolences to her family, and hope that they will take comfort from this outpouring of love towards her. She was always a gentle presence, ever pervasive, threading love continuously through KickAs. I feel honoured to have been touched by her golden threads. Good-bye Linda. I love you.

Linda and i had a deal that we would fight this crap(CANCER) together,I did'nt know the fight for her would be so hard, she was a great person, who will be missed by all especially me,But Linda if your watching i'am still fighting, see if you can pull any strings up(LOL) We all lost someone very special, sorry can say more (TEARS) Love you all John(LC)

Linda was a wonderful lady,she was an old timer ar this site.She was very supportive of me and helped me deal with AS!I hope she is flying with the Angels,free of her mortal pains of disease.God bless you Linda1,I hope you can see our love for you out there!
