In May I posted about my ex-father-in-law being diagnosed with Acute Mylogenous Leukemia and things have been going as good as can be expected until this last round of Chemo.
He was admitted into the hospital yesterday with a major infection. He has had high fevers, fluid on his lungs and problems with kidney function. The Dr.s have isolated a gram neg bacteria (Idon't know what that means). He just finished his last round of Chemo on the 18th of September so his white blood cells are at zero right now which means no way of fighting this infection himself. He is on strong anti biotics right now and they are hoping they are the right ones. The ICU Dr.s will be checking him today and may move him there if he gets worse.
Anyways, Ken could use some major good thoughts/prayers sent his way. I thank you all inadvance.

I was also wondering in your profile, you said that you were about 30? Do you not know when you were born? or Were there no seasons to mark you progress? Just teasing there kiddo. My thoughts and prayers are with you and yours!
