If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Hi guys. I have been using my blender a lot lately and it is getting kinda slow....it is old, I think I got it when I got married {14 years ago} and I am thinking of buying a new one. Anyone have a favourite brand that does everything? you know, kind of a miracle blender...will blend veggies, etc. will ground almonds and other nuts to make nut flours, and so on..... The one I have right now is an Osterizer 10 speed blender and it has served me well for the last 14 years. Cheers, Rita James, 12, Adrian, 10, Elisabeth, 3, my babies!

I have an Osterizer Classic for almonds. Considering the amount of abuse it takes it's doing well. I was gifted another kind of blender last year but haven't even used it yet so I can't remember what brand it is... all I can say is that an electric coffee grinder is useless on almonds.

I have a KitchenAid blender that I just love. It's very powerful and can easily crush ice small enough for snowcones. I have had it for six years, no problems.

Buy a juicer instead to get all the natural enzymes to digest food better. Mixing vegetables and fruit in a juicer taste better than eating raw vegetables by themselves. Good luck! Shaun

Hey Shaun. I have thought of a juicer but what I really want is something that will grind almonds and coconut nice and fine to make flour instead of buying it at outrageous prices!
Also, I make lots of fruit smoothies and lots of 'blender soup' with tons of fruit and veggies, respectively. That way I can eat of ton of them without having to eat them raw or by themselves. Does that make sense? I can eat more veggies/fruit if they are in a smoothie or in blender soup.
What kind of juicer do you have and how much did it cost?
Cheers,
Rita

Hi Rita,
I have a Krupps power max blender and love it!!! I payed around $50.00 for it. It grinds almonds and will make thick frozen smoothies. Mine also came with glass instead of plastic which I love. Alecia
