If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

I have had psoriaisis on the bottom of my foot for about 5 yrs now. It has always come and gone. The last 4 months or so it has been constant. The itching is so bad that I could saw my own foot off and it would feel good haha. I am on mthx and Enbrel twice a week. I also use 2 or 3 different kinds of creams to no avail. My entire foot and especially between my toes are covered with red bumps Do any of you have unrelenting psoriasis? What else can be done for it besides amputation? It is now moving into my nails, so now it looks like I have ogre toenails or something. Any help would be appreciated.

I have psoriasis for many years. I have had only 5 major out breaks. I found following my diets, and controlling my allergies helps to keep my psoriasis in check. On small patches I use hydrocortizone cream 1%.
My psoriasis has not ever been as bad as yours. I do get red bumps on my feet. I know I have ate food that have chemicals in it that I am allergic too and then I watch my diets strictly until the red bumps are gone.
My nails on my toes and hands have ridges on them but not bad. They don't look like ogre toenails yet.
Hugs

Jamie... see this link http://www.seacretspa.com and order the salt scrub and hand/body lotion. Not real cheap, but it cleared up my psoriasis on my feet and hands when creams that the dermatologist creams only irritated or did nothing. Scrub and soak hands/feet in a warm bath, then apply the lotion once each 2nd or 3rd day. In about 2 weeks the bumps and itching will fade quick- never had it again since my first outbreak more than a year ago. I still have plenty salt scrub and lotion left. This treatment is far less expensive and faster than several dermatologist visits and prescriptions! Let me Know... that stuff is amazing! And saves you a load on airfare to the Dead Sea. Russ
