I was too eager to get an apple fast done this weekend, even though i had to work on friday and saturday, and have an entrance exam on sunday.

The part of town i live in does not really provide too many varieties of apple. Even worse, the apples they sell are also not as good as i have tasted elsewhere. I still thought i would manage with what i have got. I took a cab to work to avoid exertion, but by end of day, i had a severe headache combined with an awkward feeling and had to give up by the evening. I so wanted to finish at least one day of fasting, but ended up getting something in my stomach to stop the headache.

I will get the next weekend off and want to try the apple fast again. Need some help with the affects of apple fast. How do you guys manage it? I also want to try LSD as NSD is impossible here.

Since i do not have kitchen, i do not have too many ways of having apples. I can't cook it. I like apples but its difficult to get through that feeling.

Looking at all you guys, i am determined to try apple fast again and also get on with LSD.

Hope all is well with you.

I try and do apples when I have some down time so I do not need to exert too much energy. Also, I can at times get headaches with doing apples since body is fasting and releasing toxins.

Do not feel pressure for 3 days if can not do. I often do 1 or 2 days as well to help with healing/detoxing.

Redder the apples the better (and if starch free).

Well I have never been able to make it through even one day of apple fasting. I have been off the NSD for a while but am back on it since I do believe it works. I will have to plan a good time for the apple fast. I'm thinking of doing it for the 3 days right after Christmas since I'll be home from work and will have probably eaten something I shouldn't on Christmas day.

There are times when I get quite sick form eating apples, especially on an empty stomach! I sure hope you can do this. I admire you.

Hi....first of all you didn't FAIL you had to abort, that is different. The word FAIL has such a negative impact. Second, it is not absolutely necessary to start NSD with an apple fast. Plenty of people have been and are NSD without doing an apple fast, myself included. And the NSD has worked amazingly for me.

If you really, really wish to do the apple fast then it is a very good idea to pick a time when you will not be working or doing other taxing things, and also when you will be home!!
