I know some of you know Jaye. She doesn't post often but reads a lot. She is a very very dear friend and lives clear on the North side of the US from me and guess what!!!!!

She will be here Friday to spend a long weekend with us. We are so excited. We can hardly wait to be able to see each other in person and literally sit and talk and soak up all we can.

I have not shared earlier I guess because I was afraid I would jinx it in some way. I am so thrilled to think that she would come all that way to spend time with me. It is just overwhelming to me and to my family. We are going to have a blast.

We did get to have Angel Mom and Dad and family in town and get acquainted with them a year or so ago. That was wonderful too. It is so good to actually spend time with people that you learn to care so much about.

Just had to share my blessing. Now I am quietly going to try to stay upright this week.

I did another Olympic event in the living room last night. I have these crazy feet that don't always cooperate. With no feeling in the one and the other one doesn't always step when I think it does, I took a step and then another one and the other foot had not moved and I fell flat on my whole body just barely missing the hearth. I just knew my glasses were ruined but a good adjusting will fix that. I keep my cell phone with me all the time because of things like this and had just moved it way to the side and so I don't have a smashed cell phone (or spleen)

I did a perfect landing this time. I also learned something. I only "thought" I hurt all over. I know today that there are many places that had not been hurting. Now when I walk I am looking at my feet and saying, "Up, Down, Up, Down" I am going to make sure they are going the same way I am from here on before I do serious damage to this house.

Just had to share my joy. I hope to get to meet many of you.

It is exciting when we get to meet new people...I remember the first time we were coming to meet you..somehow I picked you out off hundreds of people and you treated me like we had known each other for years...have never regretted a minute of it.

I can't wait to hear all the wonderful details.

Please make sure you rest as much as you can until she gets there.

Happy Mother's Day to you too. I was just reading a book last night and I thought about you and what a wonderful Mom you are and how many wonderful memories you are building with Harris.
I just thought about how proud I am of you and "I" certainly didn't have anything to do with the kind of person you grew up to be. I just think you are a natural. It is wonderful how you play with Harris and how happy a little boy he is and I know how hard it must be for you to be so upbeat around him when you hurt so bad.

How is he? How are you? I keep thinking (my big dream) that one of us would be getting on a plane to make the trip to see each other. When I am wanting to see you, I just go to my memory bank of pictures you have sent of the family and where you live (how absolutely beautiful) and I have my own little visit with you.

So Happy Mother's Day to you too, my sweet Lollie.

I have met tons of kickers, and you are right...it is wonderful.

So many of them dont frequent the boards any more, and that is sad,but they know if they need us...we are here.

Yes I am here to read...and I dont post much...just too busy trying to be a mom and wife So i catch little snippets of reading here and there...

I am SOOO excited for my trip. I can hardly believe its a reality and in less than 24 hours now I will be hugging our sweet possi (and her precious husband too!)

My eagerness to see the laughter in her eyes and the smiles upon her face is overpowering all the anxiety of first time flying....well most of it at least.

Possi is so precious to so many of us here. I feel honored and incredibly blessed that I get to go spend time face to face with her. And listening A LOT! She is so wise and I have SOOOO much to learn. I long to shine for the Lord in the way she does, even in the midst of her pain and sorrows.

Selfishly I want to brag that I am going to see her...but humbly I know so many of you would if you could. I am overwhelmed at my sweet beloved's kindness to send me on this adventure. My trip is two-fold also...I get to spend the weekend with possi and floyd, and then on Monday I get to spend the day with another fellow Kick A.S.er! A two for one shot...

I AM SO EXCITED! But beyond that I am very blessed to have this opportunity and that the Lord has opened all the doors. He is so good!

I'm excited for you two! What a trip this will be.

I recently flew out to reunite with a good friend I hadn't seen in about 15 years....and it won't be the last time! We just had too much fun.
