I'm having some trouble understanding the process i should follow. Would it be better to first try and clear up any candida problems before trying to heal my gut? or do i focus on healing the gut before the candida issues?

also, i've seen so many different candida treatments all claiming to be the most effective. does anyone have any suggestions on good ways to attack it? thanks.

I went to a naturopathic doctor to help me with fungi and canidida and I would advice you to go on the NSD asap to find out if it works for you.
