Humira (still methylprednisone for flares, just not as often. Aleve if needed, rarely.)
LDN/zanaflex/flector patches over SI/ice
vits C, D. probiotics. hyaluronic acid. CoQ, Mg, Ca, K.

Yes - he's got his genes all scrambled - bit of Kat, bit of Mig, bit of Kevin, bit of me. It's spooky seeing Mig's face staring out of these weird posts. Especially the one with Kevin's photos!
