Good thinking, ginger biscuits are also great for nausea - I used to eat them when I had morning sickness, also fruity things like Jelly/jello, fruit sweets, fruit yoghurt, bowl of cereal etc Feeling sick is the pitts

thank you everyone. i'm def going to stay on the Humira, dr said it could take months so i know i have to at least give it a chance. i'm going to try the tea and stuff maybe that will help some...
i called around and one of the high schools here has the public pool and i'm going to try to start working in the water to help my back...it is hurting so bad right now i'm literally crying as i'm typing...i'm hoping that the hot tub will do some wonders also...
my dr is gone util the middle of August...and my rheummy is booked but am on the list to be scheduled if someone cancels...i'm just hurting so bad...i'm not sure what i can expect her to do...change my pain meds? but what is stronger than oxycodone and morphine?
i know that it's illegal here except if you get a medical card but have any of you tried marijuana? i've heard from a few people that it does help...any thoughts?
