i tried an apple diet last weekend (or the week before). I only lasted a day and 1/2. I got so hungry i ended up eating a few pieces of smoked salmon on Sunday night. Then i thought o well, ive broken it now and went on to drink a can of coke. indifferent woops.
*Drinking filtered water is the way to go or bottle water is good to. GL - you can do it cool !!

Thanx for the honest reply. I've read the diet tip for newbies posted by dragonslayer. Its highly recommend to do the apple fasting. So after reading endless hours, I finally work up the courage to do it. Thanx man for the encouragement. Lets knuckle up and kick AS.

Hi
I started apple fast today too.
I did many times before.
If I only do it one day, the improvement is not
noticeable to me.
For 3 days fasting, it is always helpful.
Make sure you drink enough water.
I also do exercise(usually walk)during fasting.
Also, I drink olive oil little by little through the last
day of my fasting.

Its been barely one day and I can feel my inflamtion reduse drastically. I've never have relief like this without taking any meds. So I am respondending very well to this apple fasting. So I guest there is light at the end of the tunnel.

I am so happy of the effects that I feel from fasting I'm planning to do this monthly. Here is an amazing event that just happened. I was able to get a full 5 hour sleep on the first night without any spelling meds. It has been years since I was able to do this. Thanx you guys for all who is sharing this secrete information.

LH Way to go! The apple diet works well for me too. I used to struggle with caffiene withdrawals but a few times through the fast have helped with that too. I always wonder if it is the fast or the disipline that causes the result. I would also suggest modifying the olive oil consumption at the end. I could not hold it down all at once. It took a long time to enjoy olive oil again after that. I suppose olive oil is like taquila in that regard.

I had just finish my 3day fasting. I feel great and here goes my experiment on food. I'm planning to try one new food every day and pay close attention to my body.
Ike you do have a great point there. I'm not sure which I'm getting my benefit from but I do know now apple fasting is a great way to reduce inflammation. Wish me luck u guys.
If anyone out there is planning to do the fasting I would say go for it and reap the benefits. Take care folks.

Hey there,

For several years did this religiously... now no. I always used red delicious apples, extra virgin olive oil on last day and filtered water or bottled.

First couple of times felt worse as first real time detoxing.
