If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Just had my latest bllod work done. Sed rate, crp, cholesterol and A1c all good. But he said I need to be taking a good multi vitamin. I can't remember what it was but I was low on something in my blood work. So can someone in the know give me the name of a good one. Thanks in advance. ETTE. Darrel.

Hello Darrel,
Honestly.. in States I took Centrum almost every day and never had an issue with it. Did not take first 1-2 years, but did afterwards. Reading label, seems like it has some no nos for NSD.. but I never had an issue.
I did notice issues with other supplements, unsure why this did not cause problems.
Just my experience.

I gave up finding a multi vitamin early one and haven't really pursued it, but I do have pretty good luck with other liquid supplements. So Ike's suggestion might be a good choice. I might have to look into that. Annette

SolarRay Children's chewable. Iodine tested safe , but you have to double the dose
