and maybe most importantly, when i start to feel stressed out, sensory overload and all, i take 5-10 minutes, turn out the lights, close my eyes, lean back in my chair, deep breath, relax! or i go take a 5-10 minute walk. then ready to tackle the world again. a short break is always worth the time. saves time in the long run cause it increases my productivity.

Hi Jan, sorry to hear of the eyes flaring - hope they're settling down now. Also best wishes to your friend, I know how stressful that can be - the partners of two of my close friends are currently in hospital recovering from stem cell transplants - we support them as best we can...

Take care,
-Anke
