thanks tink for your kindness smile
i have moments where i start feeling better and then i dont. this has been going on for weeks now and im worried myself. ive been walking with a cane to get around the house and as bad as i am, ive never used a cane for days on end. last time was over a year ago and i only used it for a part of a day. i dont walk much anyway. its actually more of a shuffle. hips keep me from sleeping... unbelievable. i should have never taken that shitttt. i feel it has put me back so much. just wish i could get relief all together. im beginning to feel like there is no light at the end of my tunnel frown

Sunny you will feel better, there will be light at the end of the tunnel for you if there is any justice in the world. I remember very well what it is like to be shuffling around in constant agony, hon.
Don't fret about taking that stuff - you don't know if things will help or not unless you try them no it's a horrible gamble when it doesn't pay off though - I really feel for you.
I feel so protective over you, you know (sounds silly) but it's true, it really hurts me to know you are in a state like this. Especially as I know you have been soldering on for ages even before this set back.
What nice things could you do to take you mind off all your pain? Write a list of all the things that make you feel good and then work your way through them. I had a really hot bath last night and it was heavenly! Thinking about you hugss heart
