If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Jaybird, that is interesting because I have been on anti-fungals for awhile too. A year ago I tried a lot of juicing with greens and it seemed to help, but then went back to my usual eating with dairy, sugar, etc. and I have had nothing but pains moving around (neck, hips, back). I really need to go back to the very strict diet but its so hard to do because I loose weight and I have a hard time keeping weight on to begin with.
AS, RA, Lyme Zithromax Ceftin NSD, probiotics, tons of vitamins/supplements/herbs

I loose weight and I have a hard time keeping weight on to begin with. Know what you mean, but I'd rather have the 99-pound weakling physique from my NSD than be in constant pain or dependent on heavy-duty meds

Now I'm soon to turn things upside down a bit and avoid fat (adding in things like beans and maybe rice to compensate for missing meat) for a period of time in an effort to get the upper hand on biofilms and make my antibiotics more effective. I heard lactoferrin helps with biofilms. Also, rice seems like a better choice for an experiment with starchy foods, because it is kinder to the gut lining than beans (or wheat). Especially white rice doesn't have much lectins -- it is used as a staple during elimination diets for food sensitivity because for most people it is pretty safe (sure didn't work well for me though!)

the way i looked at the tests, negative results at least help to rule things out. like i was surprised i didn't have a response to any of the grains, especially corn, as corn used to make me feel kinda funky sometimes, or so i thought. it will be interesting to see what happens as my being off dairy completely continues. now i just have to be vigilant about taking more calcium pills.

As some others said.. think it would be safe. For me it presents problems.
So cauliflower is out for me.

Hi All, Thank you so much for all the info and especially the humour(laughter is the best medicine). I was feeling so good that I decided to cheat and eat all the stuff I'm not suppose to, so i have had pasta, bread, pizza, gravy mmmm etc. When I get my book in the mail, it's time to get serious and also when/if my pain returns with a vengeance before then, it's a great way to test if diet is my miracle. I looove the little emoticon that is laughing and slapping his hand on the ground, how did you make him appear? Hugs Annette

I cheated too and had a bowl of rasin bran with milk last night, my knees look like grapefruits today. I started the NSD a few weeks ago and it has brought my pain and swelling down a lot!!I am excited I found something that truly is helping my RA.
Diet change has improved my RA. I feel best eating raw veggies and some fruits and avoiding grains, sugars, nightshades, beans and dairy. Sed rate dropped from 65 to 19, but it took over a year. www.fatsickandnearlydead.com excess fat/oils = pain for me recipes for raw food on Youtube "raw food romance" and "healing josephine" Josephine is in remission from RA after two years by change diet/exercise
