Hi Nette,

I have noticed over the last 3 years of doing the NSD that I have become more sensitive to certain foods. In the beginning I had so much pain relief from just cutting out the obvious starches (bread, grains, rice, potato) but as the years have gone on I am more sensitive to things like cooked califlower, almonds, sugar, dairy....things I wouldnt bother me at all in the beginning. Some days I wonder what is left for me to eat besides cardboard. haha...wait cardboard might have starch. ;-)
