If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Came home on June 3rd. Today is June 15th and I am in an "I'd feel better if I were dead" flare. Ouch. This is normal, right? This is a good sign, right??
I read the book by Wade Lewis on Hormesis and it is so promising. It talks about how this therapy resets your glandular processes, which I found out arthritis is a glandular problem because we aren't pumping out the natural cortisone levels we should be. We know how good a cortisone shot feels (after the initial sting, lol) well they think this mine therapy gets your body pumping out cortisone again. YAY. This is an internal pep talk gone public. If you've joined me in my thinking out loud, thank you.

Yep, you're in the eye of the storm. Gets worse before it gets better again.

Hi Donette! Just had a premonition to check the board tonight after a long absence and low and behold - there you are. Hang in there girl! Let's see - three months since my last Montana visit. Today I got out of bed w/no trouble (that used to be a major deal e o)drove all over creation,in and out of the car a lot, shopped at Costco, came home and did some planting, watered, mowed our new lawn and fertilized and weeded for about 3 hours. There you have it. Wasn't in my wildest dreams in my pre-radon dayz. It'll take a bit...keep a record and Keep patient! So proud of you for going again! BTW - My 88 year old AS mom just went through major heart surgery. I really believe the only way she has survived it is because of the radon a few months ago. Still in the hospital but after two weeks she is getting better everyday.

Thank you! You give me hope. Still swollen hands and feet. Hobbling around feeding my family Father's Day Dinner. Man, being sick is so gosh darn inconvenient!!

easy to do paleo in summer with so much variety in fresh fruits and veggies. eating lots of fish and seafood as well. but i still don't see a connection between my arthritis and my diet. not saying it doesn't exist, just don't see it. with that said, not doing too badly right now. hoping that doesn't change soon. had my blood drawn today. fingers crossed the liver is ok. if not, having to go off the flector patch, ldn, and/or zanaflex is not something i can envision being able to do, without something else to take their place. when i go much beyond the 12 hours of changing my flector patch i can feel it in my SI. my tendons are so much better on the ldn, haven't pulled anything significantly since i've been on it, the things i have torn a little, have healed in a week or so. and the zanaflex, i use it to be able to sleep, to be able to go through medical procedures, the dentist, etc. just hope i don't have to give them up. i know you understand from your experience with drugs. but we always find a way, right? thanks for asking. and hope you feel better soon.
