Hi: I have been cleared for a June 10, Friday morning revision of my left hip. If all goes well and I don't get bumped from the OR schedule, I will be out of the hospital in four days. The September 22, 2010 surgery procedure on my right hip was a success. I have not been active here at KickAs, lurking though, but I have been active with hiking and biking around the local area. Spondyloarthropathy, HLAB27 negative
Humira (still methylprednisone for flares, just not as often. Aleve if needed, rarely.)
LDN/zanaflex/flector patches over SI/ice

Meds: MTX since Oct 2009, 15mg/week. Cimzia-restarted after 2 yrs away.

Tom good luck and best wishes to you on the revision. I hated those surgeries but they always went wonderfully well. Hoping for the same and better for you.

Hi:
In the hospital Friday, June 10 at 6:AM, home Monday afternoon 1:30PM!
I feel good but tired!
All is well.
So far I am well and I am glad to be home. I can't believe I am home after only three days!

Awesome that they have you home so quick. Good luck with the rehab and go easy at the beginning. It is great to be home any time you are in the hospital.
I hope to read about you out and hiking about in the near future.
