If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

What do you think Och I would escort you next year at the event. Darrel. That would be great having you escort me as I run to the finish line. The problem is I am to slow to be in the lead. I may have to come run the Moab half marathon next year if you are working it. That reminds me of when my son was about 10 he was in a race in American Fork. He asked me how he would know the correct path for the race. I told him just get right behind the police motorcycle, and he will show you the correct path. He won the race.

We had a relay race down here the other day 68.5 miles. The teams consisted of six people. One guy from Salt Lake entered by himself and he won it he was amazing. I escorted him as he ran up the river road. Makes a guy almost want to trie running again. What do you think Och I would escort you next year at the event. Darrel. I want to go sometime!

Last night 2 hours in the pool doing laps have no idea how many but it is helping, Bill was with me and he did them too.
Hugs! Isn't amazing how much water exercise helps?

Today I swam 1,200 meters - long course again. It must be psychological, but for some reason it seems like swimming long course is easier than short course. Hmmm...

Tonight I did 20km on the exercise bike in 30mins 42 secs and I did 1000 metres in the pool. All is good but I want to do a bit more swimming than I am at the moment. My back is just slightly at me and the swimming normally is the one that puts it right. why is my back at me? My 14kg son uptill now didn´t walk and I have to carry him all over but today was the big day.
He took his first steps unaided. I wasnt there to see it but everybody tells me that now he will run around thrashing the house. But hey if he leaves my back in peace it just shows that every cloud has a silver lining.
