Tom I hope the new new hip is as successful as the other new hip. Keep up the good hike!

Warm hugs,

Hi: The recovery unfolds as it should and so far it is all good. So far, I wake every day and I slowly and painfully unfold my body to a standing position and start my routine to ease my pain. It is not only the daily AS pain but the pain and swelling caused by the left hip fix operation. It is all good, as every day the pain is less and so is the swelling. I will continue my exercises and today I will walk further than yesterday and one day soon I will walk unaided into the hills around here. I am fortunate to go forth with KickAS good wishes. Thank you for all the support. I am grateful for family, friends, modern medicine and this KickAS place! Best wishes to you all...Tom
