I was wondering if anyone else has any issues having the paperwork processed with their enbrel paperwork getting lost, not received blah blah blah.

I sent my paperwork in over 10 days ago never received it, and now my doctors office faxed it today and they are still saying they have not received it.

Has anyone gone through this I am ready to pull my hair out because this is my first application with them and have not started the meds yet and am really just want to see if they will help minimize the pain.

Any thought or suggestions would be amazing!!!
Thanks!!!

Hi there! my doctors office faxed my application in to them years ago when I first went on Enbrel. the process was pretty smooth and bump free. But then again that was about 5 years ago I believe. So, I am not sure if it's still the same. Perhaps they have alot of applications coming in? I hope you get this resolved soon! Bug rainbow

Check with them today, CG. The same kind of thing happened with me. The coordinator at my rheumy's office refaxed it and it went through fine the next day.

Hope it comes through!

Thanks!! My rheumy office is going to fax it over today and then let me know when they send it so I can follow up and also ask to put a rush on it as well. The only positive side is that they were able to change my application from a 90 day to a 12 month because I don't qualify for medicaid. So, at least I got that part out of the way. I am just really anxious to get this going and see if it is going to help and who knows even help me reduce my pain meds. Wahooo that would be amazing!!!

Will follow up with docs office and Encourage Foundation and hopefully everything will be resolved today. Will let you know...keep your fingers crossed!!!

Hugs,

Thanks,

That is wonderful news. It's too bad it took so long. I hope that it helps you feel better soon.
