Just to briefly mention about my general improvement. I just realized boswellia/devil's claw combination has risen my situation to another level of comfort and overall pain reduction. I'm not totally sure about this, however this was the only change I made during past week, I started taking boswellia/d.c. on the 24th and the last 5 days have been different in a total positive way, I can do more time standing up without discomfort, I even came back to my old time Hobby as a piano player at church without major discomfort, before I simply had the inability to perform not even for 2 minutes, same for lying down and even when I'm sitting for long periods of time at work(8 hours),now I can feel my hips and my lumbar are more relaxed and almost pain free. Food remains the same, last night I got some flares, they quickly vanished after a couple of hours without eating, of course and just drinking water a lot. In my personal point of view, fasting has been the key among others, I fast 18 hours every day, and I'm planning to have at least one day of the week to fast for 24 hours. I keep eating pork, lamb, red meat, chicken & turkey on a daily basics, however I'll be cutting it off to just once a day, before it was lunch and dinner. I got a minimal flare with organic almond milk, maybe due to the processed cane came with, I just removed it from my diet. I had some really small muscular spams around my left arm and sometimes around my right leg, only lasted a few minutes. Regarding to my weight I'm currently doing 205 pounds,and I'm started to look as the athletic person used to be 17 years ago, I'm only 38 yo. It's been a titanic task to loose extra pounds quickly. I also noticed after a couple of consecutive days pushing my self at the pool, the third day becomes my best day, obviously without swimming, just resting or doing minimal stuff like work duties and/or cooking. thank you again to all of you.

great job! so glad to hear you are feeling better! fasting like that always helps me too. i guess we are starving the bad guys!
what brands/amounts of boswellia and devils claw are you taking?

I got mine from wholefoods, Solaray Boswellia 300mg per capsule. Suplement facts: Boswellia 300mg and Devil's Claw 125mg, taking them Twice a day, the fist one with an empty stomach with lots of water, second one right after lunch.

Glad you've shared the relief you're experiencing. I just got some boswellia not long ago and plan to take it in the near future. After reading your post I will try it sooner than I planned I think. I've also got some cat's claw/una d gato that I need to try as well. One or both of these have anti TNF affects.
I take it you are strict NSD as well?

It's definitely worth trying sunny; I take it along with LDN. The effects were gradual for me... first few days I had trouble deciding whether it helped, but decided it was helping after I let myself run out for a week or so.

strictness of my NSD is the key, along with daily fasting(18 hours), 90oz of daily water, the right supplements, basic yoga(stretching exercises mainly), and working out 5 times a week(35 minutes swimming, 18 laps freestyle). I guess that is why I'm seeing improvements so fast.

Yes SJLC I noticed you said you took it with your LDN in another thread. It seems to me that studies show taking it 2 to 3 times a day is beneficial. Ever tried taking more? I read here that someone took it with pain relieving results but they took more than recommended.
Out of curiousity... why do you take it with the LDN?
