If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Twice now I've been in hospital and complained of rib pain and really tight chest with the response that the cardiac nurse has raced around and checked me out for heart problems - both times negative. Wish the cardiologists etc understood that costochondritis can be a differential diagnosis.

Costo can't last forever...errrrrrrmmmm!! Cross fingers <LOL> i had costo in my sternum most of the summer through some of the fall. thankfully not in a terrible way, unless i coughed or sneezed, then had to hold my chest, and laying on the table at the chiro's was painful for several months..........but then just like that, the inflammation moved on, to the thumbs of all places.........

When I have trouble with that I take a warm pad and lay it on my chest...it doesnt make it go away but it helps ease the pain. I hope you feel better soon!

Lately my ribs have been hurting a lot. Usually I have pain in the middle of my breastbone, but not so much in my ribs, now that has switched. Other then that, I have been doing better.

How are you doing now Molly? Are you feeling any better? I wake up a lot now with my rib cage feeling very tight. I hate this stuff! Just wanted to see if you feel better.
